About Me
A traumatic experience in my late twenties revealed the depths of unconscious shame I was carrying within my sexuality and naked body. I had thought I was sexually empowered but the traumatic experience revealed depths of unconscious shame I was carrying within my sexuality, I had been learning to be comfortable with my naked body, but hadn’t yet landed a true sense of safety within it.
With further self-exploration, I started to recognise how disconnected I had been from the naturalness and beauty of my naked body, and see the persistent fears I had lived with of my sexuality and my sexual health and wellbeing. My voice was silenced without me even realising — there was no comfortability to express what I was and was not experiencing, I was in a state of “having to work it out on my own”, and that in itself is a burden no human needs to carry.
Meeting my shame and silence, was painful, yet a Dark Blessing in Disguise. It guided me to explore my psyche, my beliefs, my fears, my desires, and explore what safety, comfortability and freedom within my body truly meant to me.
The experience, like most of life’s challenges, opened me to more conscious awareness of my Spirit and unseen support, it aligned me with my Highest Path (the Path Guided by my Spirit). I learnt to recognise how my Soul was shaping itself through lived experiences, and that the voice of my Spirit was guiding me to liberate more of myself from fear and shame, not only in my sexuality, but in all areas of life.
On the same path I discovered my voice and learnt to express myself clearly. A dark night of the Soul, lasting almost a decade, guiding me deeper into self-discovery, to liberate me into the most ecstatic bliss and appreciation for life. Through this journey so far I now feel the most free I have ever felt, and the most peace I have ever lived.
Along my journey, I started to see how so much of our social and Cultural media in relation to sexuality and the naked body, is either fear or fantasy based. There have been limited resources for feeling comfortable in the naturalness of our bodies, and empowered by the connection with our Spirit.
Cultural and social media and support for thriving in our sexuality have been limited in Western Culture, to the physical, and limited within the physical itself. Our Culture has missed out on wisdom shared through Elders connected with both the seen and unseen aspects of life, and missed out on the guidance of how to meet and be with our sexuality, and how we can both honour ourselves and our chosen one/s to share sexually with.
We get to now contribute towards a more informed Culture, sharing references and insights, that have supported our own self-discovery of wellbeing within sexuality, that those who are new to their own path may have sources for their own self-discovery, free of any form of manipulation or control.
Sacred Sexuality supports you to release any shame, guilt or regret you may be carrying from your past, so you can live more liberated in your present, liberated in your authenticity and birth right of vibrant health.
Sacred Sexuality acts as support for discovering your own unique Soul Values within sexuality and the naked body, and invites you to share your voice too, so we can collectively create harmony, wellbeing and honour of mind, body and Spirit in relation to Sexuality, in Western Culture.
I don’t want anyone to feel alone on their path, or weighed down by the noise of mental chatter that takes over when the voice is silenced. It is my intention that this space may support your journey, and help you realise that you never truly walk alone.
I share in this space, as a Student, to life itself.
